The admins will make the big announcement when they have something concrete to announce, anything else would just be false hope.
Part of the delay is that vB5 does not look like a viable option anymore (too many problems that a patch can't fix) and they have had to consider alternatives.
Anything that is not vB requires more development to prepare.
Guests are absolutely needed to generate revenue to pay for the server costs.
The admins really have made a lot of headway and I do believe our struggle will end either this month or the next.
Thread reopened for the usual issues (warnings, reports, etc.)
We know you are getting "over capacity" messages. Do not post about them here. We know that blocking guests would alleviate the server. Do not post that here.
Anyone who talks about the server in a non-constructive way will be banned from the thread.
