I will be getting this album because I LOVE Hilary. BUT, I won't lie....MAD that she didn't promote and hasn't promoted SPARKS. SPARKS is an AMAZING lead single so I don't know why they don't send it to radio and why she stopped promoting it.

Yes, in Confetti she sings your heaven is a place on earth. Very similar to the original, so it's probably a sample. But you don't hear it until the end. Confetti sounds a little bit like a Zedd-song. In the best way possible
