How is criticizing someone EVER walking down the wrong path? The judges themselves criticize each other fiercely in their dissents.
The man might have been smart but his interpretations of the Constitution were completely wrong when it mattered most.
Atleast Roberts, albeit a conservative, still tries to vote honest and not down party lines.
