I was hoping they were making the teacher the killer obvious on purpose to throw us off, but I guess not...but i'm not disappointed, I'm still snatched. It gave me Light killing L and he finds out Light is Kira teas. How will he get out of the car though. Mom to the rescue?
For the last episode, I hope Kayo and Satoru meet in the future [present time]...like he drops his manga pages and she helps him pick them up and then they look each other in the eyes and realize who it is and she says "are you stupid"
edit: I rewatched it, I have a feeling that either the blonde kid or Kayo's mom will save him...I don't why I think the mom, but it's just a feeling...The blonde kid because he seems to always be watching Satoru and helping him... He was also seen talking to the teacher alone in an early episode, I wonder if there is more to that. I'm dying for next episode.
Or maybe Yuuki will save him. I don't know

During that one previous Erased episode, when they zoomed into
the teacher's eye which made it red, that's when I figured it was him

That Bankai was so powerful and I love it. More like an offensive and defensive type of weapon
