The problem with that kind of story is that even though it's obviously untrue, it's going to convince certain people and medias to believe it.
Scandalous Britney sells more magazines than normal Britney so they're going to run with this story just for economical reasons and that is disgusting IMO. Some people have no dignity.
And after pulling stunt like that, they refer to Britney as "trashy". Pot meeting the kettle...

I KNOW! My country believes EVERY LITTLE THING they read, once my friend said "oh my goooooooooooooooooooooooooood, it's sayin here Britney in the restaurant took the food and put it all over her face" i was like "Yea and you believe it?" and she said "OF COURSE" So I can imagine people aying " Britney is a *****"

My britney fellas, I was seeing and it's so weird how artists like Rihanna or Lady GaGa are releasing albums like crazy. Rihanna has been here since 2005, yet she is on her 5th album, GaGa is here since 2008, already on her third, our Britney has a 11 years career and she has ONLY 7 albums out. I wonder when Rihanna completes 10 years how many will she have

Well, Most people will say Britney released back to back albums as BOMT, OIDIA and Britney are 1999, 2000 and 2001 respectively, but from BOMT to OIDIA there are 17 months and OIDIA to Britney 18 months... Not really back to back...

but Circus was released an year after Blackout...

Anyway, This happens a lot with beginning careers... but I feel Rihanna's movement from Rated R to this new album/era is going too fast...
