Something along the lines of: 'Yes you can make this kind of album but you'll need at least one 'Gaga' song to re-introduce yourself! HERE... I heard Tame Impala had that one good song u could borrow, we'll make it a single and if it stays doing good on its own two legs we'll invest into it, if it doesn't well... Too bad'
Or maybe, considering Ronson played the song to some people who liked it, the label jumped the gun and made it a single. Either way, it's perfectly clear it's sticking out like a sore thumb on the album even though it's one of my favorite gaga songs ever.
Third possibility is probably the most plausible one: They're simply being scarce with her promo, aiming at few televised performances to avoid people getting tired of her before Superbowl. Quality over quantity. I believe when she does perform these songs live, it'll be spectacular. She and her team learned not to overexpose her as it's pointless and counterproductive.
