I honestly expect them to keep pushing Selena as this generation's JLO/Britney but she doesn't have performance skills at her prime. she actually "entertains" like my fave at her worst past prime.
That said, Selena better ft britney on her next album to pass the torch since Miley isn't doing anything with it.
I hope it's better than Me against good music.
The justice remix is the only thing good about that song
Remember when Xtinct's Bionic had the biggest chart drop in UK history
Quote:
The album shot in straight to the top of the charts last week but has since dropped to number 29. Bionic has only shifted 24,000 units, reports The Daily Mail.
This makes it the lowest sales figure for a No1 album in eight years.
The news is sure to come as a blow to Aguilera who also had to postpone her US to next year.
The singer claimed she needed the extra time to polish the show because she was such a perfectionist but there is speculation that Aguilera is struggling now that the likes of Lady Gaga have stolen her thunder.
She was taken under, drowning in her seat
Running like an angel, she was crying and could not see (oh, no!)
Now see everyone's watching as she starts to fall They want her to break down
And be a legend of her fall.
She's the original,
She's unforgettable
She wants you to know (yeah) she's been cloned
She wants you to know
That she's home
This song is kinda creepy. Was 2007ney and onwards all a plan?
Just had an epiphany that Rihanna will never be over. I just went through about 1.5 hours of her music videos and her voice is just at that sweet spot between soulful and pop friendly. She can do any music.
Needed Me, We Found Love, and Work. So different yet her voice works on all of them. Hell even throw in Stay and you start to understand the full extent of her vocal capacity (not talking about technicality tho hehe...she's a mediocre singer). Very versatile.
As long as there's music to be made (and she remains beautiful) Rihanna will be successful in one way or another. I can see her pulling a Hung Up by Madonna or Believe by Cher even when she's old. Her voice is just that sweet.
