It's literally impossible for me to rank Taylor's songs because there are too many different conflicting factors for me to consider...
If I rank them lyrically, Dear John is top 5, but if I rank them by playcount, Dear John isn't even top 20. If I rank them by playcount, Sparks Fly is second, but if I rank them by how unique they are, Sparks Fly isn't even top 10. If I rank them by production, Haunted is top 10, but if I rank them by lyrics, it isn't even top 15. If I rank them by how sentimental I am about the song, Love Story and Tim McGraw are top 5, but if I rank them by other factors, those songs are lower in the ranks. Damn Taylor for making so many songs that I love
EDIT: It's a lot easier for me to rank the songs within their albums, but to compare album to album is impossible.
its a classic the other two are great too I think I might actually like Brought up this way even more but its so sad 
she even shaded the song in an interview with Def Leppard 
its still better than what most of these pop acts put out though
