Maybe that's why I didn't like the trailer, I didn't even know what was the movie about tbh but that's just me. I didn't like the new Cloverfield and all of you wet your panties over it so

I might go today but its only showing in a theater that shows indie movies haven't even checked the times. I heard the ending is

I wish they would've given it a wide release.. so many good movies get limited release for a week and VOD when they had the chance to get some money/recognition especially movies that fall into the horror genre.

If you have the possibility to watch in a theater I highly recommend it.

But I agree, but it's looking better now. Both It Follows and The Witch were supposed to get VOD releases only but got wide releases in the end.

Truly the new wave of horror, it's finally exciting to be a fan of the genre again.

Btw, I watched 10 Cloverfield Lane a few nights ago, but it wasn't the best quality. LOVED it. Truly a brilliant film. Brilliant writing, brilliant acting by everyone.

Do you guys think Cloverfiled works as an anthology? Maybe we'll get more Cloverfield movies, but each movie is not connected with the previous, yet has similar elements? I would love to get a sequel to 10 Cloverfield Lane, as there is BIG potential with how the movie ended.

I also read a few great theories that made sense. Basically, about Howard not being the bad guy after all, and Emmett was the one who killed his daughter and twisted it around.

Oh yeah but its kinda sad the best movies are the ones that the Gp don't get to hear about/most likely never watch and only the ones from big studios(always get bad reviews) are the ones that represent the horror genre with the GP. This year is shaping up to be the best in years lots of great movies will be released this year up next(in movie theaters) is The Conjuring, Lights out and the purge

Did y'all ever watch/heard about 7500 that plane movie that got pushed back so many times and it was never released(not even on DVD/VOD)? its getting a dvd release this year in the US but it sucks lol. I watched it like 2 years ago when it leaked online.

yeah, that is very unfortunate. though I feel like the GP is starting to crave original horror again (the trailers for big horror films on YouTube are filled with people annoyed by another jump scare fest and paranormal film)

It's only a matter of time until they discover the amazing films that have been coming out for a few years now.

me too sis The Conjuring is one of my fave horror movies ever tbh I wish Annabelle would've been as good. Lights out looks promising too

Talking about Annabelle its coming out next year, it has a release date but forgot the exact date.

Yeah because they never get to hear about all these indie slays we do cuz we look em up Green Room has good reviews too and is out this month are you excited for that one?

Its tragique I was so excited cuz the trailer kinda slayed and it was a cool idea about the plane and stuff...its honestly one of the worst horror movies from a big studio I've ever seen. It was just so dumb No wonder why it never got released

yeah, really excited for Green Room, the reviews are promising and I like from the trailer.
I'm mainly excited for it because Blue Ruin, from the same director, was superb so I have high hopes for him to scalp me again.
