Trish may not have had an impressive wrestling arsenal, but she significantly improved and became a highly technical wrestler

Lita was literally Matt & Jeff put into a woman (sort of lame)

Candice was also evident on relying on technical and older moves, such as fireman's carry's, and lots of bridging to transition into moves

I'm still #TeamLucha though
Agility and stamina is far better to watch in the ring than raw power (though traditional technical wrestling comes in second)

Any of y'all remember Trinity from early TNA days, I always liked her...her wrestling style was very Lita except Trinity wasn't as sloppy...I remember Trinity doing a moonsault off the top of a steel cage once

Trinity was on ECW as well but she's sort of the better Lita
I think she did stunts or something on the side which allowed her to be far more clean in her execution

Lita was hit or miss (and injury prone)

Lita was overrated as a wrestler but her whole bad chick persona was so iconic and she's basically the most popular diva ever so it's understandable.

Gail Kim does a better diving huricanrana and Victoria does a better moonsault but of course WWE makes them jobbers to the likes of Kelly Kelly

She literally sold the **** out of EVERYTHING and was an amazing wrestler

The only improvements for her could be making her moves more diverse and improve the mic skills
But of course, they force them to leave
