tbh i get that they need an interval act between closing the voting + counting the votes + confirming; they shouldn't cut that. but the opening can be shortened by a lot compared to vienna (slovenia started singing after 20 minutes)
exactly the opening went on far too long this year......10 mins max is enough. make the voting faster through rehearsing with the spokesperson that they don't talk too long.
but i think they probably analyzed the viewing figures and have seen that some people switch off during the voting the longer it goes on....that's why they said they want to make the voting faster. meh

That ain't right. If Georgia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia can participate then why not KZ. Though I imagine it would just be another free 12 pts for russia every year.
