In her defense, I think the video was coming from a rape victims perspective and the message was basically if you rape me you can go ahead and rape my body but you can't rape my mind. It wasn't just romanticizing rape or something? It was trying to suggest that rape doesn't defeat you. I think people forget gaga herself was a victim of rape, she wouldn't mock or romanticize it. If anything I see it as a rape victim anthem its trying to empower them.
