Characters: Stand outs are Oscar Isaac, Daisy Ridley and Adam Driver. I saw Billie Lourd in a couple of scenes and she has one line (I think). Everyone from the OT that came back for the sequel trilogy were on their A Game. Lupita Nyongo's character felt kinda off though, but they can fix it in the next films.
Cinematography: Amazing shots (plus NO LENS FLARES - pretty surprising since JJ Abrams loves lens flares)
Overall - It's a really great film and I loved it. If I were to rank it, it would be in this manner:
