The Direct is Japanese, not much will apply to you. There is a US press release though.

Resident Evil: Revelations 2 was officially announced and it's also not coming to the Wii U. CAPCOM doing Nintendo dirty again when Smash is sporting Mega Man as one of the staple third party characters. RE: REV was also critically acclaimed on the original 3DS version and the Wii U version only falling second to it on the console rankings. I am NOT here for CAPCOM continually paying Nintendo DUST with the Resident Evil franchise.
