Yeah, that's true, but We Can't Stop and Blurred Lines didn't get get the streams from the VMA performance added. So I'm not sure if Drunk in Love's streams will count tbh.

It's very odd. Billboard seem to choose what counts. If she uploads the performance to her VEVO, i think that will count.

Yes, it does. Even remixes, collaborations with other artist count as one song. Just to give an example, that's how S&M hit #1 in 2011.
