I don't know about Europe, but it got to B-List on Radio 1Xtra's playlist yesterday (although Radio 1Xtra probably added it earlier since they got to premiere the song). Radio 1 and Choice FM I'm sure will playlist it in the next few weeks.

Yeah. They'll probably only send it to pop if it does really well on rhythmic, or if it gets a lot of pop adds by itself.
I heard it costs a lot of money to send a song to a radio format, so they probably only want to do it if they can be 100% sure the song will be successful on it.
For example, with Super Bass by Nicki Minaj, it got its add date on rhythmic first, then on pop a month later, then on urban a month after that.
I wouldn't mind buying it again
