Therapy can be different for different ppl. Maybe your experience is more personal. You can write it from another point of view, you can rename it. There are so many ways.
But it's only my little opinion...it's my first edition so u should not listen me at all.

Yeah I thought so too, but I also felt it as a sign telling me that I can think of a better idea.
