Yep, but I doubt it'll go #1. It has little airplay. Moves Like Jagger will probably get a 2nd week. Its sales are that lower, and its airplay is a lot higher.

MLJ has a little over 40M AI over SLY. It's not THAT higher.

Didn't "E.T." have like 30-40M AI on RITD when RITD hit #1 on the Hot 100? I remember it being extremely close that week, and many people thought "E.T." could spoil RITD, but RITD made it up with sales. So, while it's not a sure bet, SLY has a chance. Kworb's projections look to be pointing at SLY as the frontrunner for #1. Time will tell.

Maybe I'm completely out of focus but isn't that if Adele hasn't sold consistently to reach at least 220000 (which I completely think she has) then also PUK gets its big chance to be #1, given that for 6 days it was ahead of MLJ by a certain mattering percentage?

I'm very hopeful/positive though that Adele can get it at #1 and probably now MLJ will be at #2 (which is my ideal situation, actually, I really like both songs, for completely different purposes/reasons).

The top 10 still look fairly good to me at the moment, anyway.

If only RHCP would snatch a place in, it'd be so perfect though...

Kworb's projections have Adele at around 260k. So, it's possible had she sold more consistently, her projections would be closer to 300k or over. A big portion of her sales was probably garnered in the first few days.

PUK has a chance, but I'm not sure how big of a chance.

I agree, its chance are certainly very small, given the assets of the week, and the fact during the next three days of Mediabase the song will keep see its AI advantage over SLY decrease and its AI gap from MLJ increase.

okay...its less than a day till the sales week ends!! lets all hold our horses tilll then and once we have the definite sales figures we can make better predictions.....!! (guessing just the radio impressions then...)

till then ..... which new song do y'all think has the best chances of entering this awesome top 10?? becoz at the moment the 11-20 portion is hopelessly filled with dying songs!!!

i think RITD is gonna enter coz mirrors is falling slowly!!

other than that, in the dark seems to be the only song capable of rising that much at the moment!!!

I'm not very familiar with in The Dark, but its slowly yet steady moving seems suggesting definitely a possible stable upgrade up in the loft of top songs.

Then I think some songs bubbling will take off soon: the one of David Guetta ftr. Usher, pretty sure Fly (Minaj + Rihanna is just gonna be very appealing to the Urban oriented people), and in case Beyoncé starts to promote, also Love on Top (edit) might stay up.

I'm sure Kelly Clarkson will appear sooner than later in the upper stages and I think Mirror will steal How To love place soon, too (and I don't really like either Wayne nor Bruno Mars... so that's something for me to predict ).

I'm surprised to see so little Country in the top 20 (again, I don't really like Country, but I know it's a big seller in the USA), so I am sure Lady A. will provide a filler there quite soon...

New club songs for the Fall... I guess from the usual suspects, (LFMAO&Guetta&Benni Benassi).

I'm really curious about incoming weeks.

I'm already waiting for "similar to FosterThePeople" (which are nothing more than a mixture of The Strokes meeting first type The Killers to me - still nice, don't get me wrong...) filler from the indie/electronic bunch to saturate the unexpected branch of market that has started to looking appealing from the record companies... They would exploit anything to cash in these days
