Gen 4 has a lot of great pokemon, it's just that most of the good ones were evo's of past gens
and I couldn't access them

♥ 20. Giratina
 | My favorite Legend right after Dialga. Lugia is close though. Giratina is not only unique in its typing of Dragon/Ghost, but also in its ability to change forms, with both forms having different stats and abilities. I really like its design. It looks cool.
Battle Use: Its Ghost Type makes Giratina one of the best spin blockers in Uber. Giratina can be both a bulky offensive pokémon in Origin form, or a defensive pokémon in Alternate form. Both does the job well, but sadly it also comes with weaknesses to some of the most used attack types in the game: Ice-, Dragon-, Dark-, and Ghost-type attacks.
Final Thoughts: Origin Form >> Alternate Form

Everything other pokémon and humans **** up in our dimensions, comes back to haunt Giratina in his "reverse" dimension. He's pretty pissed off at all the mess in his dimension lately

We all know that the anime is full with happiness, flowers and rainbows.
They NEVER respect anything, we all know that the real Pokéworld is the one in the games, where Giratina is the devil, the Renegade Pokémon.
Of course the anime won't show Giratina as the devil, as it won't show a Pokémon killing a human.

 | So there it is, finally. This little penguin is cute and all, and I really do like it... But top 20? Really?
Battle Use: Apparently this thing is special for being the only pure Water type in Little Cup with access to Stealth Rock. Apparently this is an achievement. Well, anyway, other than that it's not that great. It can be useful, but not much more than just that.
Final Thoughts: The high squeeky whiny voice it has in animé is just...
