Since DOMINO let me (and others) participate in a comeback round in Les ATRLers three seasons in a row, though I only played in the first one, I'd say this is definitely fair and acceptable.
Song 16 was used in the Season 9 finale. Matthew, I TOLD YOU to update the banned song list with the songs that were used last season but weren't in the list, but did you listen to me...NO YOU DID NOT! You were too busy with these stupid extra elimination challenges and updating the game without people's rankings to update the banned song list. You had time to change it and you didn't.
