It's an annual vote on MTV. Artists and bands are pitched against each other in duels, they proceed to the next round when they win, and that's it. Idk more myself.

I had a dream like that too... But it was more a competition and I won and met her. Sadly no new music.
At the time I think i didn't like it cause it sounded too similar to tik tok, it was quite plain obviously, cause my brain doesn't have the skill to come up with a good song.
She's mentioned Arcade fire before,
