I'm not a Britney fan though so I'm not really interested in exactly how many songs of hers are iconic but it's definitely more than Beyoncé . It wouldn't be hard seeing as Beyoncé only has one iconic song.

I'm not a Brit stan though? However, she definitely does deserve to be compared to them more than Beyoncé does. Neither of them are at that level in all honesty, but Britney is more legendary.

BOMT definitely is iconic and is a pop classic. If Knee performed it as diligently and frequently as Beyonce sings CIL or SL, perhaps it would be fresher in the public consciousness but because it isn't it remains an iconic relic of 1999.
