SHICD is not a filler,it fits EXACTLY with the theme,and it's a good song.Not a good single choice for Gaga,but plenty of other lessors would beg to have a song like this.
20 songs is a bit much, but if they're good I won't complain. I'd rather her split it up into two discs (people seem to hate less on artists with two disc releases than those with over a dozen on one CD).
Lol I could see her pulling a surprise attack and having a two-disc release, the first disc titled "Died That Way", the second being "Born This Way". It would make for an interesting transition.
