I did some research (wiki) and Saxon is also the same of a reggae sound system based in London so I thought maybe it was them. Especially as the Nikki Demo there is a shout out to the Brixton South London. However as you said it looks like 'Saxon' is just the name of the beat and it is not the name of a producer or sound system. I have great hopes for this album and have already planned to buy a physical standard copy and a digital copy of the deluxe.
