Beth, I'm 16 and you're 17. We are both Black. We could both spend up to 30 years in jail for that and I didn't want to create any evidence... ...but yeah you're bomb as ****.
@Kendra, nope never did anything competitive. It was always a practice for months and then put on a show once a year (with smaller events along the way) type of situation.
Yep. When I wasn't traveling for basketball or softball I was traveling to and from my dance studio in Atlanta. I could only do Summer and Fall seasons though. I'm trained in ballet, hip-hop, ballroom, Latin ballroom, tap, liturgical, and modern/contemporary.
Wow lot's of dance styles.
my parents had me in tap dancing classes at 8 but that kinda fell off lol

My dad kept me active because he didn't want to be bothered with me. I kind of appreciated it because when I was around him he did some obscene things to me, but I'm not going to talk about it on this New Years Day. I also did competitive cheering and gymnastics for a while.
I loved tap. That and ballet used to kill my feet though.

Yes and normally when you're en pointe, you wear pointe shoes which has the box at the tip of the shoes. It's not too bad when you're actually dancing but after doing a whole day of practice or a routine it's really painful. That's why a lot of long-term ballet dancers have ****ed up feet.
