That's really good :O ! Western artists have such incredible longetivity in Japan (Well, I mean popular western artists such as Avril & Gaga). If she performs JUST once there, she'll get like 3 other weeks with AT LEAST 50-60k.
Those are incredible sales. The like of Britney,Beyonce,Katy and Rihanna could only dream of such sales in Japan. Avril is the only other international female artist who's success is on this scale in Japan, the 2nd biggest music market in the world.

That MTV show isn't that big in Japan tho (Yes I know that sounds weird but the awards shows that are huge in Japan are the end-year ones, and no one has MTV in Japan lmao). She needs to go to Music Station which is the biggest live show there. With a performance on a friday night, I can guarantee you the next days at #1
