Shakira explicitly said in an interview that Jay Brown wanted her to complete an album in two months. Jay arranged for Shakira to perform at the iHeart Music Festival a year ago, where she was going to debut new music. Then she cancelled because of her pregnancy. It's Shakira who is taking her sweet time.
Shakira has more than enough support. She actually has to work for success in the U.S.. Over-reliance on social media will not push radio support, single sales, or album sales. Get out and attend a TV show and perform.
You're just making excuses for her.
