Like it's been said, you could still buy songs. (I guess for some there store didn't work at all?), but I'm sure Apple would've made a mass announcement if it were a severe issue. (about the store not working). Ke$ha and the rest of the Top 10 still benefited from those buyers who don't bother to look at the entire chart. While it's clear songs are still being bought from the updates of Katy, Ke$ha still having a huge lead, Willow dropping, Halloween-themed songs, etc. Basically Ke$ha can still post huge numbers despite this update mess.
