That's true, I received 1 warning cause I said something about "Los 10 + Pedidos" and it's a TV Show, not an Artist :/

That's enough proof to show that he's an awful assistant.
You gave it a nickname, but he's supposed to give you a warning only if you give a nickname to an artist, not a countdown. So, right there, we can see his deficency as an assistant, reporting posts just because he dislikes them.

One way to see older members is to look at the List of Members organized by join date; however, I don't think there is a list of ATRL Senior Members specifically that is readily available. A Senior Member is usually someone who joined between 1999 - 2004 and still remains to be an active contributor in some way. The only groups that you can easily see are Administrators, Moderators, and Assistants.

I really wasn't gonna address Celestial's post (which I just read yesterday), because as a moderator you really don't have to explain your actions, it's clear that some are gonna agree with your decisions and some are not. That being said, this Is getting annoying, and I need to say something.
I was being accused by a group of trolls (because that's what they've been doing in these threads) of locking Aguilera topics, supposely because I couldn't take the negativity and hate. I didn't close most of those, and although they did deserve to be locked, I havent been very active or moderating the forum for the past weeks.
Now, Im supposely banning people because I dislike them. Two people were banned today for fighting in a Ke$ha thread. I personally don't know any of them. Now Rico, from my point of view, was one of the main reasons there was a lot of chaos in the forum.
If TC decides that it's better for the forum to find someone better for this position, I'll gladly step down, and this is the last I will say regarding this matter. Now I gotta go back to bed, cause I just got back home and need some rest. Have fun reading my essay

As a moderator, you're not some almighty being....you're still a person who needs to explain actions when under fire for them. 
Instead of banning those two people, you should've made a point to say something about the fighting the FIRST TIME you came in the thread. However, you instead joined in with the fight and fueled the stan war instead of fulfilling what should be your moderator duties. We all know that you closed the majority of those threads and the majority of them were closed for unjust reasons. For example, my thread about M.I.A.'s comments had no reason to be closed. Christina stans were saying "already posted," but it hadn't already been posted. It had only been posted within the official Bionic thread, but that shouldn't count because nobody checks that thread 24/7 except for Christina's fans.
You banned two people for saying something GaGa related, not for fighting. They didn't do anything that insinuated fighting, the posts they were banned for only said something about GaGa, not a fight. You, Reeces however, were really quick to join in on the fight when you had a chance to do it. Instead, you should've been a grown up & mature person about it and made a comment about the fighting then instead of joining in.
And there's no essay to read, you wrote like two paragraphs. It's blatantly obvious that you suck as a moderator and you play sides........riddle me this, why is it that no other moderator comes under fire like you have recently? I don't see anyone else pointing out mod problems....probably because there aren't any except for you.

The only reason you are addressing my post is because you feel that you have to defend your actions, you have received a lot of flak and you are trying to do some damage control. Of course you can't expect everyone to agree with your actions, but when the majority disagree with you then surely you have to look at yourself and realise that the problem is you and not everyone else.
You may not have closed every Aguilera thread, but I presumed you did and that was a reasonable presumption. I still think it was you who closed the vast majority of them. On some of the threads that have been closed you were the last person to post. We have all been very respectful of you in our criticism, and that's more than you deserve. It's quite pathetic of you to refer to us all as trolls, but at this stage I really shouldn't be expect anything else from you. Posts like these are really uncalled for. Music was banned because she mentioned Lady GaGa's name in a Ke$ha thread. Perhaps if you were capable of reading you would have realised that she wasn't fighting, or if you knew anything about her you would know that she is one of the very few people here who does not engage in any form of conflict. Her ban was without warrant. Continue to jump to your own conclusions, you're just making yourself look worse. You banned Rico because he was offering his own thoughts on NMT, and you were not happy with what he had to say. He was one of the few people who made that thread interesting, who contributed to the discussion, he wasn't trolling as you claimed. The discussion didn't even involve you, if you didn't like what was being said then you could have offered a counter-argument, rather than taking the easy option of banning Rico, and ultimately closing the thread.
I know it is up to TC to decide, and that's why I have complained. I don't know if doing so is going to make any difference but at least I have expressed my own thoughts on the matter. Clearly there's a lot of people who agree with me. I hope TC will replace you with someone more suitable, but if he doesn't then I'll respect his decision.

I'd just like to say that I think the moderation of that thread was absolutely atrocious. After a stan war had already erupted then Reeces made a post, no not to stop it, but to essentially call members pressed. Not only was that out of line but it also added fuel the fire as, understandably, those members retaliated.
The fight was then left, to my knowledge, without any moderation for almost 3 hours until Reeces finally decided to step in, but even then he acted in a biased manner and deliberately targeted GaGa stans rather than just closing the thread and handing out warnings to those who deserved them. As a result of his moderation choice then two valued members of the community were banned while the trolls who made that thread what it is are still with us The worst part is that the thread should have been closed anyway, even without the stan war. Since when do we have 'almost' achievement threads?
