Lady GaGa 'Born This Way Ball' UK tour tickets 'won't meet demand'
Lady Gaga concert tickets appeared online hours after the UK leg of her world tour was announced.
The singer confirmed yesterday (April 10) that she will bring her 'Born This Way Ball' tour to London's Twickenham Stadium on September 8 and Manchester's MEN Arena on September 11.
However, online auction sites were selling tickets just hours after the announcement, despite them not yet being officially on sale.
Industry experts have warned fans to beware of internet scams that will sell fake tickets to take advantage of the huge demand.
viagogo has reported that online searches for the tour indicate that up to two million fans could be attempting to buy 75,000 tickets on Friday morning (April 13), when they are released for general sale.
"Lady GaGa's 'Monsters Ball' tour was one of the most in-demand gigs of 2010, and with her fanbase growing daily to over 20 million followers on Twitter alone, we expect this tour to be even bigger," said Ed Parkinson, director of viagogo UK.
"It would be a real shame for any of Lady GaGa's fans to miss out on the chance to see her live in action so we're warning fans to be careful when buying tickets sourced on auction sites like eBay."
The expected overwhelming demand for Lady GaGa tickets could see the star sell out Twickenham Stadium 20 times over.
A selected amount of tickets for the 'Born This Way Ball' went on sale this morning via exclusive fan and priority scheme pre-sales.

I love this commercial. I can't wait til they air this in my country with a Swedish voiceover. 'Cause it seems like that's what they're doing.
Gaga will open with Born This Way followed by Electric Chapel. And the encore will be Heavy Metal Lover, Bad Romance and the final song will be The Edge Of Glory. Mark my words
