Walls have always been monitored iirc. They share the same rules and guidelines as any section on ATRL. So say if someone posts something offensive on your wall, you can go ahead and report that.

Mods and even Admins (I think) don't have the ability to monitor PMs. Besides, it is a bit unmanageable to monitor PMs and posts and threads and blogs. So unless the new ATRL comes with an option that gives mods insight to PMs, I don't see it happening soon.
