I wouldn't know how to compare them. Both are nearly flawless, or at least in Mariah's prime. But nowadays Mariah seems to have many problems like breath control and confidence. Bey has simply been improving her whole life, and her voice now sounds darker and more mature. Her evolution through her career is just amazing
Oh I do know that Bey's head voice has always been superior. It's definitely Mariah's weakest register and not supported as well, whether from stylistic choice or stubbornness or whatever, while Bey's has a very whole and round sound.
