I've only been criticizing her hair because I'm a hair dresser myself and I'm not going to beat around the bush saying her hair is in perfect condition when it's not. Bleach mixed with it's appropriate amount of peroxide is lethal to the hair cuticles. If she was to add highlights or anything to her hair right now it would simply fall out because the elasticity inside the hair cuticle is so damaged.
