The second season was a step down compared to the first, obviously, but it's still one of the best shows at this moment. The reason why the second season wasn't as good as the first one was because they tried to shift the focus from Piper. They need to understand that Piper is the best character/actress of the show. They fixed this based on the trailers, Piper will be the main focus again

Piper is super boring. The black girls, the Latina girls and the religious nuts (basically everyone) are much better characters and have better back stories. But Alex and Piper's boyfriend are clearly the worst characters.
