Trying to break down "Kelly talk" I think she said.... They shot the video for Dark Side already and she'll be singing it on Dancing With The Stars. I think that's what she's saying, lol.

The DWTS finale is on Tuesday so she'll probably perform then That's the same day as Idol's top 2 performances though, so I guess they'll be competing, at least for an hour. I think Idol will be one hour and DWTS will be two.

Idol really isn't even that good of a promotional venue anymore. I wanted her to be invited back more out of respect for the fact that her 10 year anniversary of winning is coming up. I mean, if effing Simon Cowell gets like a 10 minute tribute before leaving to start a rival show then I feel like Kelly should at least get a chance to perform -_-

^Paula's speech for him alone was like 4 minutes Then they had the tribute performance for him and then he gave his own farewell speech... It basically took up a full segment of the show.

As we saw with Stronger, promo without radio support often does very little for a song, so I wouldn't mind if both performances were medleys. Solo Dark Side performances can come later in the summer.
