idk it's not in the iTunes top 10. i didn't think streaming could help that much towards chart position along with it just being on urban radio.
don't get me wrong i like Bey & this song it just seems odd but i guess you don't truly understand how the hot 100 is determined unless you're the people behind it.
It was in the top 5 of itunes during the tracking week. It just fell out of top 10 two days ago. Your point would make sense if it stayed another week at #2 next week.
