Into The Blue went up from #577 to #535 in Canada (a couple of days ago it was at #900 something) and for some reason CGYOOMH also went up to #953 in the US.

As you can see, Kylie is the only artist currently in the top 40 on radio. I'd say her biggest competition is Enrique with the discount or DVBBS. Obviously Pixie is a wildcard so who knows if she might snatch. But it seems The Voice + radio promo has definitely helped Kylie out.
Nope. Not unless you count the surprise fan performance which aired during the Brit Awards. But no live TV performance yet. Most of the promo is lined up for March.
