Considering where the song is coming from and what it is related to I think it's just a fun, bubbly song for the summer. I don't see it dominating by any means, but it will definitely put Britney back in the public eye before her next album.
It's a nice production, but I really want some stronger lyrics for the official, first single.
For example, Rise. Britney just sounds a mess on this.
