No it hasn't. It is now scientifically called a post-tropical cyclone because it has lost tropical characteristics (it is now no longer a warm system). It still has cat 1 hurricane force winds.

He decided to go out into the storm itself to give updates personally No but the storm isn't going his way so he isn't in any trouble by it. Yeah I know, it's just he hasn't called or anything yet. I keep imagining it being storming outside and him calling my house and being like "Okay I'm waiting outside for you!" If he doesn't call me, I think I'll just cancel it myself, I don't wanna risk it.
