I know it pays off in the end, but that is also a personal choice, until it catches on neighborhoods won't use it. What you said also show that many families cannot afford that kind of money even, they are living check to check or they don't make that kind of decision.

Who knows!?! But we are upper middle class, we can afford but they will say no. Lucky for me is I'm moving out in a couple years.
Yes I think in the USA we have a lot of promoters for this type. Still is politics though.
