That All Music score is ********. You give a seemingly positive review, say it's one of her better works and then proceed to give her the same exact score as her previous albums that you JUST said this album was better than. WTF? Some of these reviewers, I think refuse to give female pop stars perfect scores no matter how much they like the album.
