I absolutely love The Other Woman. One of her best songs. Love Florida Kilos. Everything else is pretty good too, but I'm not getting the hype for ****** My Way Up To The Top, Old Money, and Money Power Glory. They strike me as the weakest on the album. Maybe not Old Money because it is really good, but the other two.

I don't believe this "I'm done" **** again. No wayyy. Lana even said in interviews for *this* album that music is an important creative outlet for her.
If anything, she should just become a full-time "recording artist" & not a touring musician.

A mixture of Britney Spears Unusual You (Instrumentally) and similar to HURTS's Sunday (vocally) with some electric guitar playing throughout the whole song.
We were out driving over the weekend and I was playing Lana her discog in the car. My boyfriend - who only stans for "real music" a lá Beatles/Floyd/Nine Inch Nails etc - was floored by SOC, West Coast and Money Powa Glory.
To be entirely accurate the song was written by Jesse Mae Robinson and if anything Lana's cover owes more to Jeff Buckley's cover of it than it does Nina Simone's.
BTW, I absolutely love Lana's interpretation of it - arguably one of her most emotional recorded vocals. Beautiful.
