In the clause no. 5 in the Rules Contract we can see that effectively there's a rule that forbids any physical or juridical person of charting in the case they are banned from the site. However, the Clause no. 5 explains in a detailed way that a person won't be eligible to chart if they get banned "Before the tracking period ends". The tracking period being the moment the posts are counted. In this case, the final Product gets released to the public more than half a week after the tracking period ended, thus allowing the aforementioned Ksellie to chart.
