Did you watch any of the movies? The first two are flawless, the third one is great.
Only read the first and part of the second. I'm not a big reader at all, but from what I remember they were fine.

I hated the ending, actually. The scene where he reunites with her was great, but the final scene in particular really bothered me.
And Catching Fire is one of the best, I think I preferred The Maze Runner. Let's just agree Divergent sucks.

I also didn't care for Effie in this one, she had some cute lines and moments in the first two but here she was rather plain and didn't make me laugh. Ch tha ending is flawless.
Catching Fire > The Maze Runner > The Hunger Games > Mockingjay, Part I
TMR was my favorite film of last year. It really did give me a THG vibe and it was as if you were actually in the Glade/maze with everyone, trying to find out all the information and being taken to every part of the setting. Ugh I just loved it so much, I could watch it everyday.
I haven't seen Divergent but it looks lame and not even worth a watch.

The 2nd one is amazing but #3 just edges it out for me by a LITTLE. I remember watching the 2nd two times in a row when it premiered on Disney, though.
The soundtrack is really excellent, though once again the 3rd kind of beats it. Ddd I agree with that, though, they always seemed like they didn't want to be there yet their jobs were pretty easy.
