Yes, last tour around members who were registered members of KPF before they announced the meet and greets got priority. That's how a lot of Katycats met her. I hope they do it again for her next tour. A lot of fans can't afford to shell out 500+.
There were also a lot of other opportunities to meet her last tour, including radio stations, Just Dance, and Schick Quattro, I think.
and I also really enjoyed your story. I hope you meet her one day! Are you a member on Katy Perry Forum? Last tour around, members got free meet and greets. That would be a very solid opportunity to be able to meet her if they do it again this next tour.
They didn't give away M&Gs for my date.
