Yes it does. You should do RateTheMusic as well. Britney Army helped I Wanna Go by using it, and Selenators used it to keep Slow Down afloat. It is more influential in what radio decides to play than what most people thinks. You all need to do it

And for the one worrying about the song falling, dont worry. The song is now #23 because new releases by Christina Perri, Coldplay and U2 surpassed us, not because the song is free falling or something

I mean, Rihanna clocks out before her album campaigns are even halfway done, and Shakira barely clocks in for her album promo in the first place since She Wolf But I thought we could at least get one solo performance even, I mean it's been almost two months now...

I think the song could rebound with a campaign of 3 or 4 performances in effective promo spots like Ellen, SNL and some others (The Voice isnt really effective as far as i know). But who knows if that is ever happening
I think Shak is taking "some time" again with her family, because in some weeks the live shows of the voice will make her stay in US for a while... I'm afraid to say that she will be caring about promo only by then
