Comparisons are meant to draw similarities or differences between to like or unlike entities, that's why it's called
making a comparison. Of course having a high sex drive is natural for some and in and of itself is not a mental disorder, but certain mental illnesses can manifest in a way that would be viewed as a "sex addiction" (hence where the stigma comes in) in which someone engaging in sexual activity with high number of people is seeking sex as an emotional craving rather than sexual one.
