I didn't even know she charted in 2008, let alone top ten Also charting that high in 2010. The Hannah Montana soundtrack was #4 in 2007 on the year-end Billboard 200 chart and Meet Miley Cyrus #16, yet Miley didn't even make the top 50 on the top artist chart.

Pretty much. We should just get over the fact that this Era was cut short and most the potential it had was wasted, and just be happy with what we got, bc as of right now she seems to be pretty much over about being a "huge, successful pop star" (I don't know how else to put this) so I doubt we'll get anything huge sales wise next Era anyway, so whatever bring the era on. Considering miley is one of the biggest flip floppers I've ever known though, I guess there's still 'hope' about her changing her mind bout that.
Legend M has fish lips and it looks like she's MAD at whoever's picking up the CD on the cover of Can't Be Tamed, that's why it fl0pped. People obviously picked it up in the store, saw her FUMING gaze staring back at them on the cover and put it back down, in fear.

A spokesperson for Cyrus could not be reached for comment, but a source close to the singer told MTV News on Thursday (December 10) that the tune [The Climb] — which was not written by Cyrus — was not specifically penned for the movie, thereby making it ineligible for the award. The nomination was withdrawn by Cyrus’ camp the day after the Grammy noms were announced last week, when the error was discovered. A statement about the withdrawal was expected at press time.
