With the way she keeps talking about the next album, it's most likely that it's coming soon so it's not all bad. Idk, Miley says a ton of stuff and she never follows up on it.

We say it all the time, but RCA would never allow her to release something that isn't the least bit catchy as the lead single. As long as she stays working with Mike and Dr. Luke, I won't worry (yet).
