LMZ and regular GA are all lined up in one line. However someones handing out numbers. At 2:30 they are going to separate the lines to LMZ/GA and then pass out wirstbands and bring everyone inside the venue because it's so hot. However once they bring you inside, you won't be able to leave.

Toronto is a mess like that sometimes. At the Air Canada Centre there is a covered concourse between the venue and trains and whenever there's a GA floor the VIP line ALWAYS gets to stay inside from the cold/heat and the regular ticket holders wait outside.
